Privacy Policy

What TeamPickerWheel.com does and does not collect.

Last updated: 7 September 2026.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never see the results of your spins.

Information stored on your device

Each wheel remembers two preferences in your browser’s local storage: which teams you have switched off, and whether sound effects are enabled. This data stays on your device, is readable only by this site, and is deleted whenever you clear your browser data. It is never transmitted to us.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and a timestamp. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are retained by the host for a limited period.

Third parties

  • Team logos are loaded from ESPN’s content delivery network (a.espncdn.com). Your browser contacts that server directly to fetch each image.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
  • Hosting is provided by Hostinger.

Each of these providers may log the request under their own privacy policies. We do not pass them any information about you.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a cookie if you leave a comment or sign in as an administrator; ordinary visitors using the wheels are not given one.

Children

The site is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Trademarks

Team names, logos and colours are the property of their respective leagues and clubs. They are shown here to identify the teams on the wheel. TeamPickerWheel.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB or NHL.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
