Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, we never see the results of your spins, and nothing you type into a wheel is sent to us. The site is funded by advertising: Google AdSense runs on every page and Google uses cookies to do that. The Advertising section below sets out exactly what that means and how to turn personalised ads off.

Information stored on your device

Each wheel remembers two preferences in your browser’s local storage: which teams you have switched off, and whether sound effects are enabled. This data stays on your device, is readable only by this site, and is deleted whenever you clear your browser data. It is never transmitted to us.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and a timestamp. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are retained by the host for a limited period.

Third parties

• Team logos are loaded from ESPN’s content delivery network (a.espncdn.com). Your browser contacts that server directly to fetch each image.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
• Advertising is served by Google AdSense (pagead2.googlesyndication.com). Google’s script loads on every page. See the Advertising section below.
• Hosting is provided by Hostinger.

Each of these providers may log the request under their own privacy policies. We do not pass them any information about you.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Your entry lists and your switch settings are kept in your browser’s local storage, which is not a cookie and is never transmitted anywhere.

Google does set cookies in order to serve advertising on this site. WordPress may also set a cookie if you sign in as an administrator; ordinary visitors using the wheels are not given one. We run no analytics product, so there is no analytics cookie.

Advertising

Team Picker Wheel is paid for by advertising. Google AdSense serves those ads, and Google’s advertising script loads on every page of this site.

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• Third-party vendors and ad networks working with Google may also place cookies and use them in the same way. We do not control those vendors and cannot list them individually, because the set changes.
• We do not give Google, or anyone else, any information about you, for the simple reason that we never collect any. We hold no account, no profile, no email address and no record of a single spin.

Turning personalised ads off

You can switch off personalised advertising without leaving this page unusable — the wheels do not depend on ads in any way.

• Opt out of Google’s personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• Opt out of many vendors at once at aboutads.info or, in Europe, Your Online Choices.
• Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Blocking cookies in your browser, or using an ad blocker, also works. Nothing on this site is withheld from you for doing so.

What advertising does not affect

No advertiser has any influence over a draw. Every result on every wheel comes from your browser’s cryptographic random number generator, the method is documented in full on the randomness methodology page, and there is no mechanism in the code by which a paid placement could weight an outcome. Ads sit around the tools; they are never inside the result.

Children

The site is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Trademarks

Team names, logos and colors are the property of their respective leagues and clubs. They are shown here to identify the teams on the wheel. TeamPickerWheel.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB or NHL.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.

How to Contact Us About Privacy

Questions about this notice, or a request about data you believe we hold, go to infodigirankrise@gmail.com with Privacy in the subject line.

In practice there is very little for us to act on: we hold no accounts, no profiles and no record of any spin. Your entry lists and preferences live in your own browser and can be erased at any time by pressing Restore starting list on a tool page or by clearing your browser data for this site. Neither action needs our involvement.

The terms of service cover what the site promises, and the about page explains how the site is funded, including a commitment to state plainly here if advertising is ever introduced.
