What This Minecraft Wheel Starts With
The wheel loads eight color teams: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Aqua, Pink, Gray and White. Minecraft minigames label their sides by color rather than by name, and each segment on the wheel carries the color it stands for, so a spin reads at a glance.
Trim the list to the number of teams your game uses. A four-team Bedwars round needs Red, Blue, Green and Yellow only — tap the other four to drop them off the wheel, or delete the lines in Edit the list.
Assigning Color Teams for Bedwars and Skywars
Spin once per player with Remove entry after it is picked switched off. Colors stay on the wheel, so several players can land on the same team until each side is full. Drop a color from the wheel once its team fills up and the remaining players spread across the sides still open.
| Format | Teams | Colors to keep |
|---|---|---|
| Duos Bedwars | 8 | All eight |
| Four-team Bedwars | 4 | Red, Blue, Green, Yellow |
| Capture the Flag | 2 | Red, Blue |
| Free-for-all Skywars | 0 | Replace colors with player names |
Splitting a Server Full of Players
The other direction works too. Replace the colors with one player name per line, switch on no-repeat, and spin to deal the server out in a random order. Alternate the draws between your sides and the teams come out even without anyone picking favourites.
Minecraft servers fill and empty between rounds, so the list changes often. Restore starting list puts the eight colors back whenever you want the wheel to go back to assigning teams instead of players.
Colors the Wheel Keeps Consistent
The wheel paints each color team in its own color and holds that pairing after you edit the list. Red stays red and Blue stays blue, so a spin lands on something a Minecraft player recognizes rather than on an arbitrary swatch. Entries the wheel does not recognize take a color from the standard palette.
Saving and Sharing a Draw
Every result joins the Results list, and the tally beneath it counts how often each color has come up across the session. Export CSV saves the sequence for a tournament bracket, and Copy share link packs your edited list into a URL so the whole server opens the same wheel.
The gaming wheel hub lists the other three wheels, each starting from a different set of entries.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which colors does the Minecraft team picker include?
The wheel starts with Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Aqua, Pink, Gray and White. Tap any color to drop it from the wheel, or rewrite the list entirely.
Can the wheel assign players to teams instead of picking a color?
Yes. Replace the colors with player names in Edit the list, switch on no-repeat, and spin once per player to deal the server out in a random order.
Does the picker connect to a Minecraft server?
No. The wheel reads nothing from any server or account. Everything on the wheel is text you typed.
How do I run a four-team round?
Keep Red, Blue, Green and Yellow on the wheel and drop the other four. The wheel then splits every spin between the four sides you kept.
Is the Minecraft team picker free?
Yes, with no account and no download. Your edited list saves in your own browser for the next round.
