Contact Team Picker Wheel
Bug reports, corrections, accessibility problems and business enquiries all go to the same address. This page says what to include so the reply is useful.
Everything reaches Team Picker Wheel at one address: infodigirankrise@gmail.com. There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type, and the site is built not to do that.
What to Write About
All of these go to the same inbox. Putting the category in the subject line makes a faster reply much more likely.
| Reason | Put this in the subject | Include |
|---|---|---|
| Something is broken | Bug | The page URL, your browser, and what you did before it broke |
| A team, roster or fact is wrong | Correction | The page, what is wrong, and what it should say |
| You cannot use part of the site | Accessibility | What you were trying to do and what assistive technology you use |
| You want a tool that does not exist | Feature | What you would put on the wheel and what you would do with the result |
| Advertising, partnership or press | Business | Who you are and what you are proposing |
| Legal, trademark or takedown | Legal | The specific URL and the specific content at issue |
Reporting a Bug Well
A wheel that misbehaves for you usually works fine here, so the detail is what makes a bug fixable. Four things solve most reports.
- The exact page. Copy the URL from the address bar rather than describing the tool, because several tools look alike.
- Your browser and device. “Chrome on Windows” or “Safari on an iPhone” is enough. Most reports that cannot be reproduced turn out to be one browser.
- What you did, in order. Which switches were on, whether you had pasted your own list, and how many entries were on the wheel.
- What happened instead. A screenshot settles it faster than a sentence.
If a wheel is behaving strangely and you want to rule out a stale saved list before writing in, press Restore starting list on that page. That clears the copy held in your browser and puts the shipped entries back.
What Happens to Your Email
Your message is read by the Team Picker Wheel editorial team and is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anybody else. There is no newsletter to be signed up to.
Because the address is a standard mailbox rather than a support desk, please do not send anything confidential, and do not send personal data about other people — for example, a class roster. Nothing on this site ever needs a real name to work, and a bug can always be demonstrated with made-up entries.
How Long a Reply Takes
Team Picker Wheel is a small operation, so replies can take several days and busy weeks can stretch that. Everything is read. A bug report that lands with a URL and a browser attached tends to get fixed before it gets answered, which is usually the outcome you wanted anyway.
Things This Inbox Cannot Help With
Two requests come up and neither is possible, so it is fairer to say so here.
- Recovering a past result. Results are never sent to a server and never stored anywhere we can reach. If you need a record of a draw, use Export CSV on the tool page at the time.
- Recovering a list you lost. Your entries live only in the browser you typed them into. Clearing site data removes them permanently. Use Copy share link to keep a list somewhere you control.
Where Else to Look First
Two pages answer most of what arrives in the inbox. The randomness methodology covers every question about whether the draw is really fair, including how to test it yourself. The controls walkthrough covers what each button does.
