About Team Picker Wheel

A set of free random pickers with no accounts, no trackers and no stored results. This page explains what the site is, who runs it, and how it pays for itself.

Team Picker Wheel is a collection of free random pickers that run entirely in your browser. You open a page, press Spin, and get one name, team or answer. Nothing is stored on a server, no account exists, and the site never sees what you spun.

What Problem This Site Solves

Picking someone by hand is rarely neutral. A teacher who chooses which student answers is making a judgment thirty times a lesson. A group that lets people pick their own teams produces the same teams every week. Somebody running a giveaway who announces a winner without showing the draw is asking to be trusted rather than proving anything.

A visible random draw removes that problem cheaply. The wheel does not know anybody, it cannot be argued with, and everyone watching can see the same spin. That is the whole product.

What Is on the Site

The tools fall into four groups. Every one runs on the same wheel engine, so the controls behave identically no matter which page you land on.

Each wheel ships a different starting list on purpose. The lists are a starting point, not the product — on every tool you can replace them with your own entries in about twenty seconds.

How the Wheels Are Built

Team rosters for the four sports leagues are maintained by hand in a single data file and checked against current league membership. Crests are loaded from ESPN’s public content delivery network at display time rather than copied onto this site, so a club that changes its badge shows the new one without an update here.

For anything that changes frequently — game rosters, seasonal map locations, character tier lists — the site deliberately ships a generic starting list instead. A hard-coded list of this season’s content is wrong within weeks, and a wrong list is worse than an empty one.

Who Runs Team Picker Wheel

Team Picker Wheel is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, or by Epic Games, Mojang, Roblox Corporation or any other company whose name appears on a tool page. League and game names are used for identification only.

The site is small and is run by the Team Picker Wheel editorial team. Questions, corrections and bug reports all go to one inbox: infodigirankrise@gmail.com. There is more detail on what to send and what to expect on the contact page.

How the Site Pays for Itself

Team Picker Wheel currently carries no advertising and sells nothing. There is no paid tier, no newsletter and no affiliate link on any tool page.

That may change. If advertising is ever added, this page and the privacy notice will say so plainly, including which network serves the ads and what it is able to collect. The site will not start tracking you quietly and update a policy afterward.

Editorial Standards

The written guides on this site exist to be read, not to pad a page. Three rules govern them.

  • No invented facts. If a number appears in a guide it came from the code, from a measurement, or from a source that is named. Where something is a judgment call it is written as one.
  • Limitations are stated. The randomness methodology page says what the draw is not suitable for. The accessibility statement lists the parts of the site that are still a problem.
  • Corrections are made, not buried. If something here is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed.

Privacy in One Paragraph

The site asks for nothing and stores nothing about you on a server. Your entry lists and your preferences are saved in your own browser and never transmitted. Results are never recorded. The full detail, including the two third parties your browser contacts for fonts and crests, is in the privacy notice.
