How to use the 14★ LF wheel

  1. Decide who is in play

    All 30 units start on the wheel. Tap any one to drop it out — it greys out and the wheel redraws straight away, so what you see is always what you are actually spinning. All, None and Reset above the list are shortcuts.

  2. Spin it

    Four ways, all identical: the big button, the hub in the middle of the wheel, the space bar, or Spin again on the result. In a hurry? Instant pick skips the animation — the odds are exactly the same either way.

What this wheel is actually for

Z-power is finite. Most Legends players end up with a shortlist of Legends Limited units they could take to 14★, not enough resources to do all of them, and a week of going back and forth about it. This wheel exists for that moment — when the analysis is done, the options are genuinely close, and what you need is a decision rather than another opinion.

It is not a tier list and it will not tell you what is meta. It picks one name out of the pool you give it, fairly, in about four seconds.

The vocabulary, if you are new to it

  • LF (Legends Limited) — banner-exclusive units that only come back on reruns and anniversaries. Highest ceiling, hardest to replace.
  • 14★ — maximum star rank. Raises base stats and unlocks the top tiers of a unit’s unique abilities.
  • Zenkai — a separate awakening track that rebuilds an older unit’s kit and stats. A Zenkai-awakened LF is often a very different unit from the one you pulled.
  • Tag — the team categories a unit belongs to. This is usually what decides whether a strong unit is actually usable for you.

Before you commit the z-power

The wheel picks; it does not judge. Worth a sanity check against these before you spend:

  • Do you have the tag support? A 14★ unit on a tag where you own nobody else is a strong unit that never leaves the bench.
  • Is a Zenkai likely? Older LFs that have not been Zenkai-awakened yet often get one, and starring before the awakening usually spends better than starring after.
  • Do you actually enjoy playing it? You will run this unit for hundreds of matches. A slightly weaker unit you like beats a stronger one you dread.
  • Equipment and z-abilities. A unit you can properly kit out and slot into an existing core will usually outperform a raw stat check.

Editing and saving your list

Everything you type goes into your own browser and stays on your device. There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so your list is not visible to anyone else and cannot be overwritten by another visitor. Clearing your browser data clears the list; Restore starting list puts the default 30 back at any time.

Is the pick genuinely random?

Yes. Each spin draws from your browser’s cryptographic random number generator and throws away any value that would skew the outcome, so every entry left on the wheel has exactly the same chance. The winner is chosen before the animation begins — the spin is just showing you where it landed, and a slow phone cannot change the result.

What does LF mean in Dragon Ball Legends?

LF is short for Legends Limited — the premium, banner-exclusive units that only return on rerun or anniversary banners. They sit above ordinary Sparking units in both ceiling and investment cost, which is exactly why picking the next one to build is a real decision.

What does taking a unit to 14★ actually change?

Star rank raises a unit’s base stats and unlocks the higher tiers of its unique abilities. Going from 7★ to 14★ is the difference between a unit that works and a unit that carries a team, and it costs a lot of z-power — so most players can only fully star a handful.

Is the starting list the current LF roster?

No, and it is not meant to be. Dragon Ball Legends adds Legends Limited units constantly, so any fixed list goes stale within weeks. The 30 entries here are a starting pool to spin against — open Edit the list and paste your own box.

Does my edited list save?

Yes, in your own browser. It stays for your next visit on the same device and is never uploaded, so two people editing the same page do not overwrite each other.

Should a wheel really decide what I star up?

Treat it as a tiebreaker, not an oracle. It is most useful when you have already narrowed things to three or four units you would be happy with and you are just going back and forth. If the result makes you flinch, that flinch is your answer.

Can I use it for a draft with friends?

Yes. Turn on Remove entry after it is picked and spin once per player — each unit leaves the wheel as it is drawn, so everyone ends up with a different pick and nobody can claim they went first.
